It has been such a blessing for my family and I to move from Hong Kong to York a couple of years ago. 

Since becoming a Christian, my life has been transformed from the inside out. Day by day, I’ve experienced more joy because of Jesus’ love. That’s why my name is JOY. 

I was working in finance and risk management for years, and recently, I’ve had the honor and privilege of serving the community here at Gateway Church. I’m also a trustee for a charitable organization in York. 

In my free time, I love enjoying nature – whether it’s going for walks or sitting in my garden with a cup of tea in the sunshine. It’s amazing to see the beauty of God’s creation all around us.
