Church Life
Introductions
If you're interested in getting involved in Gateway Church, then come along to 'Introductions'. You'll then have the opportunity to sign up to receive our weekly email bulletin, join a Lifegroup and find out about the other ways you can get involved in church life. We offer 'Introductions' as a 15-minute gathering at the Gateway Centre straight after the service or alongside lunch in the home of a Gateway family. First Wednesdays
We devote the first Wednesday of each month to seeking God and his kingdom, primarily through prayer and fasting. Everyone is welcome to join our First Wednesday prayer meeting at 7.45pm.
Lifegroups
Our Lifegroups are small groups of people within Gateway Church who are seeking to live out and grow in their faith in relationship with one another. Lifegroups form the backbone of our church community, enabling people to commit to one another in love on a deeper level. Email Christine Hobson if you're interested in joining a group.
Children's Work
We are passionate about children at Gateway. Our heart is to see them grow up with a genuine relationship with Jesus, and we love to see them play an active part in church life. We provide several activities and groups through the week for children and families. Contact our Children's Work Team Leader, Sarah Hogben, for details.
Youth Work
We have an excellent team of people who come alongside young people as they navigate their way through the challenges of life. Young people in school years 7 to 13 are welcome to join our Friday night youth group, which takes place at the Gateway Centre from 7 to 9pm during term time.
