My wife Su and I really enjoy being part of Gateway. Su serves on the Visual Tech Team and I run a Lifegroup. We love the church because it is so diverse – in terms of ages, ethnicities, personalities and styles of worship.
I grew up in Staffordshire and worked for Wycliffe Bible Translators for 17 years and Zambesi Mission for nearly 10. I lived in a gathered community (Scargill) for 5 years and I am now part of the dispersed Community of Aidan and Hilda. Ask me about it sometime! I have just retired. Su was brought up in rural China and came to the UK in her late thirties, when she became a Christian. Ask her about it sometime!
