Lifegroup Leader and Tech Ministry Leader

Hello! My name is Simon. I’m married to Kate and we have three lovely children. I’m originally from Edinburgh but have a heart for York with a lot of family from Yorkshire and coming here a lot on holidays. Gateway’s been our church family since 2021.

I run a Lifegroup with Kate and lead the tech teams at church. I also help out with our wonderful kids groups and exciting Friday night Lightz youth group.

I’m passionate about Jesus, people, being out in nature, DIY, walking, photography, games, gardening, cooking and spending time with family. In my day job I’m a software engineer.
